⚠️ App didn't load

The application bundle hasn't started after 10 seconds. This can be:

• Slow network — bundle is ~400 KB gzipped
• Browser ad blocker / tracking protection blocking the script
• CDN / Cloudflare / Hostinger hiccup

Try: hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R), disable extensions, or open DevTools → Network tab to see which file failed.
